THE UNK VALLEY
The cottages are located on a country lane in the Unk Valley. The River Unk and the bridge that crosses the river are just a stone’s throw away. The Unk Valley is between the village of Clun, 3 miles to the south and the small market town of Bishop’s Castle, 5 miles to the north.
DIRECTIONS FROM CLUN
Take the A488 towards Bishop’s Castle and take the first left, signposted Bicton. There, take the second left (opposite house with conservatory) signposted Mainstone. Continue on lane for 1 mile, up incline to Llanhedric Farm. Pass farm and take first right down hill, signposted Burlow. Cross bridge and turn left into drive.
DIRECTIONS FROM BISHOP’S CASTLE
Travel past Bishop’s Castle on the A488 towards Clun. After 3½ miles take the THIRD turn on the right onto a country lane, signposted Bryn and Cefn Einion. Continue for ½ mile until the crossroads at Burlow. Turn left at crossroads, signposted Three Gates. Continue down hill. At bottom of hill and before bridge over river, turn right into drive between buildings.
